While providing quality financial services is our goal, we also know that your financial privacy is very important to you.  Because your financial privacy is important we have taken several steps to safeguard the integrity and accuracy of the financial information we maintain on your behalf. At Midwest Bank we restrict access to your personal and account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you.  Midwest Bank maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information. The primary reason we collect and maintain financial information is to serve you and administer your customer relationship with us.  The information we collect may be from several sources including the following.

    *  Information you provide us on loan or credit applications.  This would be information like income, accounts, and your address.

    *   Information we receive from an outside company, such as credit bureau, providing your credit history or employment verification.

    *   Information about your transactions or experience with us. 

Within the Midwest Bank family we may share the financial information we collect with:

    *   Midwest Bank companies providing financial and other services, such as mortgage loans, Midwest Bank Financial Services and the Midwest Bank insurance agency.

    *   Administrative and service units that perform functions such as servicing your accounts or preparing your account statements. 

Except in these carefully defined areas Midwest Bank does not share your financial information with anyone outside of the Midwest Bank Family:

    *   Where requested to do so by you in order to provide a service or benefit requested by you.

    *    To certain non-financial companies such as companies that perform services on our behalf -- like check printers or companies that help us market our own products to you.

    *    To independent contractors, such as technical systems consultants who program our software or help us administer our products.

    *    To governmental agencies in response to a valid subpoena or to credit reporting agencies.
